1) What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support returns at this time. We hope to offer free returns in the near future as we expand! If you are having issues with a product, please reach out to us using the Contact page, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

2) Is your company responsible?

Ensuring proper manufacturing is a priority in our designs. Wherever possible, we selected textiles with WRAP approved manufacturing. WRAP is an independent, objective, non-profit team of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing around the world through certification and education.

3) Is your company sustainable?

Our products are made by a company that prints on demand. By using print-on-demand, you purchase apparel that's made only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing. Fabric scraps are used to create products like scrunchies & baby bibs, while damaged products get donated to local charities, like the Red Cross, the American Kidney Fund, and Goodwill.

 4) How do you select organizations for your Charitable Giving program?

We select charities based on a number of factors such as need, alignment with our mission, and reputability. If you know of an amazing organization that could be a good fit, please feel free to reach out to us!
